*Budget sessions  include 4 complementary images these are not charged for and the £79 fee is for the shoot only, if you do not wish to choose any of the images there will be no refund of the session fee

All sessions fees are payable in full at the time of booking
£40 of the session fee is non-refundable upon cancellation, but is transferable if you need to reschedule 24 hours notice is requires or the session fee of £79 is retained.

​Gift vouchers are non refundable.

​Gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry date from the date purchased.

​Cancellation: 
You have 14 days to cancel this agreement in writing however In the event of the Client cancelling the session for whatever reason the booking fee of £40 non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographers, if the session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the full basic session fee is retained to cover the loss of bookings for that date, this is enforceable even if this contract hasn't been signed, purchasing the session is entering into a contract of sale.
